(Elsie's not actually RPing in this thread, but since I'm admin I thought I might as well start it)
The blip in the darkened sky came down slowly, a hard, choppy wind surrounding it. Descending, descending, descending... it was a helicopter, the words "Vivienne City Special Police Forces" on the side, and was making quite a racket as it made its disembarkment on the top of the Landing Tower, dead center in the city.
It landed quietly without any trouble, but something was off... the helicopter was empty of people, of these so called "VCSF" officers...
